Lee Minjin kick out Rui Naiwei 9p in semifinal and show good game in first game of final. In second game Park Jieun tie result to 1-1. The decision game was held today. Park Jieun 9p beat Lee Minjin 5p by 3,5 points in 3rd game of Female Kuksu final.
The opening of this game was very interesting. White 8 is very interesting move. If black answers with normal keima from Dia.1 then white will play hasami on right side with 2 and 4. Even if black play 5 from Dia.1 and give up sente, single white stone have some potential so this is bad for black.
Another wrong move is Black 1 on Dia.2. This time white will press with 2 and in sequence to 16 black is overconcentrated. Black 9 was simple and for sure correct move.
The opening goes smoothly up to white 28 (1 on Dia.3). Isn’t is better to extend to A? I don’t know. Few move later white build big moyo in upper side, so black was forced to reduce it somehow. White play very secure move with 49, but Park Jieun change this reduction move in deep invasion after 50-51 exchange. After some moves Lee Minjin manage to make a live in upper side, but Park Jieun start some interesting tactical manoeuvres on bottom and left side.
The most unexpected from today game was furikawari in center, but it looks it wassn’t bad idea because Park Jiuen win the game by 3,5 points. With this win Female Kuksu title.
