18 April, second day of 3th match in KB League was held. After two lost in first day, Hangame position wasn’t good. In 3rd game Lee Hyeonho 1p from Hangame team play against Lee Jungwoo 6p. Lee Jungwoo who took black stones play new variation of mini Chinese opening and white was very busy.

In middle game white play many tesuji like 44. This is typical tesuji (sabaki) to escape from very hard position. Few moves latter white made another sabaki in upper right corner, but it seemed that white was behind, then…

…unexpectedly white play 110 (10 on Dia.2) and giving up many points on right side. The purpose of this was very clear after few moves. White wants to give up right side and attack black stones in bottom side.

Few moves latter black event manage to cut all white group on right side with black 31. Black play tesuji at 36 and build strong wall toward the center. After white 50 the hidden strategy of white 10 on Dia.2 was clear to everyone. Game enters endgame stage and was pretty even. Unfortunately Lee Jungwoo won by 2,5 points after 259 moves and secure win for Shimsung Construcion team.

In forth game On Sojin 4p - my favorite Korean professional - play against Ko Geuntae 6p and luckly won by half a point. It was hard to found SGF of this game, but in the end I manage to obtain it. In the game Ko Guentae play very nice attacking a lot, but in the end he lost ;p

In last game Kim Juho 7p play against Yun Chanhee 2p. This game was game of the day, because of Yuu Chanhee hallucination. The game was pretty close, but after white 232, black recapture ko without playing ko threat and lost the game by playing illegal move. Even pros have they bad days.

Shimsung Construction Team won the match 3-2.
